This workshop provides a foundation level understanding of project management. Participants are introduced to the Project Management Framework as described by the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). All project management processes and knowledge areas are covered. Participants will leave with a plan to “take action” using newly learned tools and techniques. This workshop reflects the Third Edition of PMBOK. This 2-day workshop is designed for project managers, project coordinators and team leaders responsible for leading, communicating, negotiating, problem solving and influencing the organization.
